The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proceedings vide allotment order favouring Mrs.Mahoob Bee in Na. Ka. En.37696/81/A/Ye.A/VuVaTi(1), dated on 8.2.1989, in respect of Plot No.1622, 6th Street, GKM Colony, Chennai-82 and quash the same.

2. The petitioner being the President of the Sri Kusuma Haranath Thunai, Ex-servicemen Association has come up with the present petition seeking to quash the allotment made to one Mahoob Bee. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner produced the Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.E3/7352/2011, dated 03.11.2014, and submitted that the Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board has cancelled the allotment made to the said Mahoob Bee.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission made, this writ petition is closed as nothing survives further for adjudication. No costs.
