Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the petitioner, who has no objection in allowing the present miscellaneous petition and also perused the materials placed.

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the petition seeking condonation of delay in filing the revision is ordered and the delay of 24 days is hereby condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
