Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 02.08.2021, it is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai handed over interim custody of the original passport and the original degree certificate to the petitioner. Those documents were produced before the second respondent and the petitioner also got the FMGE Pass Certificate. It was further submitted that those two original documents were handed over to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai as directed by this Court.
2. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai to independently consider the application filed in Crl.M.P.No.1394 of 2021 on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
