ORDER

The petitioner apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 296(b), 324(2), 326(g), 329(4) and 351(3) of BNS, in Crime No.105 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein due to property dispute, entered into the house of the defacto complainant and damaged the

house hold articles and also threatened the defacto complainant to sent her daughter (wife of the petitioner) otherwise, he would murder the defacto complainant and his wife. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and due to matrimonial dispute, false complaint has been lodged. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that the petitioner is having three (3) previous cases pending against him. Hence, she vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.I have given my anxious consideration to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and also perused the records available. 6.Considering the nature of allegations and also considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
