Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to accept the application and candidature of the petitioner either in Fresh Law Graduate category or Practicing Advocate category for the direct recruitment to the post of Civil Judge written examination to be held on 09.06.2018 and consequently permit the petitioner to participate in the selection process of Civil Judge as per the notification No.8 of 2018 issued by the 2nd respondent. ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by V.BHARATHIDASAN.J.,) This writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of mandamas directing the respondents to accept the application and candidature of the petitioner either in Fresh Law Graduate category or Practicing Advocate category for the direct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already a call letter has been received by the petitioner to write the preliminary examination held on 09.06.2018. Now, after publication of result, we find that the petitioner has not cleared the preliminary examination, and she is not qualified to participate in the final examination. In the said circumstances, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.
