ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No. 18 of 2018 dated 21.12.2018 pending on the file of the respondent police and lay the final report.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the Crime No.18 of 2018 on 21.12.2018, no final report is filed till date.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the negative report and referred charge sheet has been served.

4. Such view of the matter, this Court is of the view that it is for the petitioner to work out the remedy before appropriate forum in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
