Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Relax the conditions imposed on the Petitioners i.e., the Petitioners shall appear before the Respondent police on monthly twice i.e.on 1st and 15th every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.13433 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20121 of 2021 dated 15/12/2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.ARUN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.13433 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.20121 of 2021 on 15.12.2021 to appear before the respondent police monthly twice ie., on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
