It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent-Police that the first petitioner has given complaint, dated 05.02.2015, to the first respondentCommissioner of Police, pursuant to which, summons were issued to the petitioners to appear for enquiry in connection with the complaint given by the first petitioner. If any complaint has been received against the petitioners in future, at the instance of other persons, the respondent-Police would issue summons to the petitioners and conduct enquiry.
