This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 01.11.2023, pending in Reference No.B3/2398/2024 against the order passed by the 3 rd respondent refusing to rectify the entry made in the revenue records. 2.Heard Mr.A.K. Rajaraman, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd
