ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, a representation was filed by the petitioner to to forbear the 2nd respondent from supplying electricity to the respondents 4 to 7 in SF No 3 of Ettimadai Village, Coimbatore District and proceed against the respondents 4 to 7 for having erected the fence with electricity power supply. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition.
3. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of by the 2nd respondent within a period of 12 weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.
5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2023 and after issuing due notice to all the rival parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
