This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to transfer the complaint dated 01.04.2014 filed by the petitioner from the file of first respondent and to depute some other officer to register FIR and to investigate the same.

2. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint given by the petitioner dated 01.04.2014 will be enquired into and if necessary a case will be registered after completing the enquiry.
