This petition is filed to condone the delay of 145 days in filing the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. The petitioner has already dispensed with notice to the 5th respondent.

3. In view of the reasons found mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned. The Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
