ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent police not to harass her and her family members without due process of law.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that on the complaint given by one Manimegalai, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.45/2015 against the petitioner.

4. In my considered opinion, no blanket direction as prayed for by the petitioner can be given. If the petitioner is wanted either for enquiry or for interrogation, she can very well be summoned by the 2nd respondent police and while doing so, the petitioner shall not be harassed. At the same time, the petitioner should submit herself to the 2nd respondent for interrogation and should cooperate with the police for enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
