This is a petition filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the order dated 08.5.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.589 of 2023 in Special S.C.No.29 1/3

of 2021 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Dharmapuri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the matter has become infructuous since the main case itself has ended up in convicting the petitioner/accused by judgment dated 22.8.2023.
