ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent / police to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.05.2023 and also to give police protection to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above mentioned property was owned by father of the petitioner, which was subsequently registered in her favour and she is in possession and enjoyment of the same. He further submits that respondent nos. 2 and 3, being relatives of the petitioner, were attempting to trespass into the property and stall the construction of building. The petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.6252 of 2022 before IV Assistant Judge and the same is pending. Apprehending life threat, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 05.05.2023 to the first respondent. Since no action is forthcoming, the petitioner is constrained to file the above petition. 3.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that if two weeks' time is granted, the first respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.05.2023 and pass appropriate orders.

In light of the submission made by learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), without going into the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.05.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
