ORDER

This writ Petition is filed seeking police protection for using of common pathway passing through Survey No.13/3 situated at Selathampatty Village, Salem Taluk, Sooramangalam, Salem.

2. A perusal of the document filed along with the petition indicates that there is a civil dispute between the owner of the land and the public. Since the matter being seized by the Civil Court at Salem, if at all any remedy is required, the petitioner has to approach the Civil Court. The respondent police cannot interfere in the civil dispute pending before the Court. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. 10.06.2024 Vv To
