2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2024.

Without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.03.2024, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and rival claimants, if any, and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
