Mr.S.V.Doraisolaimalai, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to grant permission and police protection to conduct Gramiya Kalai Nigazhchi and Dance Program scheduled to be held on 02.08.2017 on the eve of Muthu Mariamman Temple Festival situate at Ballarahalli Village and Post, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District, based on the representation dated 15.07.2017 to conduct the festival.

3.It is the case of the petitioner that in spite of the representation being given to the 1st respondent on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

15.07.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 02.08.2017, the 1st respondent has not passed orders till today.

4.A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner therein and dispose of the same.

5.Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 26.07.2017. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
