ORDER

Prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondent namely, the Registrar, Anna University, Chennai to issue a hall ticket to the petitioner to attend the examination for the first year MBA Course scheduled to be held from 20th January, 2012. 2.

By the very nature of the prayer, the writ petition has become infructuous. Infact, the writ petition was admitted on 12.01.2012, and consequently, it was called on 07.08.2012 and 16.08.2012 and the respondents seeks time for filing counter.

3. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Appearance of parties unnecessary. M.P. is closed.

4. In view of the fact that the prayer had already become infructuous, no further order is necessary and hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs.

5. The Court fee paid shall be refunded to the parties in the manner provided under the Court Fees Act, 1870 as provided for under sub Sec.1 of Section 21 r/w 25 of LSA Act 1987 as amended in 1994.
