Respondents Common Prayer:- Criminal Original Petitions have been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to call for the records in FIR in Crime No.15 of 2019, pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent herein and to quash the same in so far the petitioners are concerned. For Petitioners in both cases : Mr.R.Imayavaramban For M/s.Ramalingam and Associates For R1 in both cases : Mr.N.S.Suganthan Government Advocate (Crl.Side) For R2 in both cases : Mr.R.John Sathyan COMMON ORDER These two Criminal Original Petitions are filed by the accused 1 to 4 to quash the complaint pending investigation in Crime No.15 of 2019 for the alleged offence under Section 420 r/w. 34 of I.P.C.
2. Though certain grounds raised to quash the complaint, it is suffice to record. Pending disposal of these Criminal Original Petitions, the parties have entered into compromise and settled their dispute.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the de facto complainant have stated that the matter has been 2/4
settled amicably and nothing survives in this complaint.
4. In view of the above said statement, these Criminal Original Petitions are allowed. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
