ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent herein viz the Inspector of Police, Maduravoil Police Station, Chennai, to give Police protection to the petitioner and his family members based on the complaint dated 02.05.2023. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is a mason by profession. Respondents 3 to 6 are neighbours and petitioner's wife had joined chit conducted by them. In such circumstances, petitioner's wife did not pay the chit amount. Now petitioner received threat from the respondents and they trespassed into the petitioner's house. In this regard, petitioner submitted a complaint dated 02.05.2023 to the second respondent. No order is passed so far. Therefore, this petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that petitioner's complaint dated 02.05.2023 will be considered appropriately.
4.In the light of the submission of learned counsel appearing for parties, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 02.05.2023, and pass appropriate orders in the manner known to law, within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
