This application has been filed to direct the respondent to furnish Security from respondents for a sum of Rs.17,47,853,41/- [Rupees Seventeen Lakhs Forty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Three and Paise Forty One Only] as on 06/06/2018, failing which attachment of the Property more fully described in the schedule to the Judges Summons.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the property attached, belongs to fourth respondent. Despite the service of notice to the fourth respondent, the fourth respondent refused to receive the same.

3. Hence, there shall be an Order of attachment as prayed for by the applicant. The registry is directed to intimate the Order of attachment to the concerned Registrar.
