Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of V.SAKKARAPANI, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- As a result of the Judgment of the appellate Court, the suit in O.S.No.249 of 2017 stands dismissed. Therefore, there is nothing to be stayed. Hence this petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the appellants/petitioners to file an appropriate application for injunction.
