ORDER

By consent of the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal and is disposed of by this order.

Mr.C. Kathiravan, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2021 and direct the respondents to pay the travelling allowance for the expenses incurred by the petitioner for the travel of 160 kms to and fro for his deputation work at Chinthaamaniyur Government Higher Secondary School, Edapadi Educational District, Salem. 4.

This Court heard the submissions of the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed before it.

This Court considering the limited prayer sought for in this Writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 01.03.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner herein.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
