This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.5551 of 2023 on 12.04.2023 to appear before the Trial Court on all working days daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly till today.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
