Seeking a direction to the Inspector of Police, Elephant Gate Police Station, Chenani to register complaint of the petitioner dated 16.09.2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.391/2014 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
