This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30am., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.5859 of 2023 dated 30.03.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.
4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5859 of 2023 dated 30.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report the respondent police on the 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30am., until further orders. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
