W.P. No. 16390 of 2018 The pendency of the suit bearing C.S. No. 289 of 2006 on the file of the Original Side of this Court was stated as a reason for declining to grant Patta in the impugned order by the Second Respondent.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that after the filing of the Writ Petition the Suit in C.S.No.289 of 2006 has been disposed and seeks time to file an affidavit to that effect along with a copy of the judgment and decree in that suit. 3.
