ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.07.2016 regarding police protection. It is seen that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 19.07.2016 addressed to the Hon'ble Chief Justice of this Court with a copy marked to the Hon'ble Chief Justice of India and as many as 5 Hon'ble Judges of this Court, including myself, besides the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Hon'ble Chief Minister of this State, the Hon'ble Minister for Law and Justice, the District and Sessions Judge, Villupuram District, seeking police protection, except to the local Inspector of Police. Even in this petition, he has not arrayed the local Inspector of Police as a respondent, but, has arrayed the Principal Secretary to Government, the Secretary-Law Department, the Home Secretary and the Secretary, Bar Council of Tamil Nadu & Puducherry, as parties. In the considered opinion of this Court, no relief can be granted inasmuch as the representation has not been addressed to the authority concerned and also due to non-joinder of necessary party as a respondent in this petition.
