Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 2nd respondent from harassing the petitioners under the guise of enquiry, and thereby interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the 4th respondent in respect of the money transaction, pursuance to the summons issued on 01.06.2019. ORDER
The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that the respondent Police has already registered an F.I.R. in Crime No.21 of 2019 against the petitioners. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition except granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the F.I.R., if so advised.
