This petition has been filed seeking leave for filing the present Civil Revision Petition as against the Order passed in I.A.No.442 of 2010 in O.S.No.1 of 1989 dated 23.03.2025.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, he is already a party in the suit and in the final decree. However, he has not been made a party in the interlocutory application wherein one of the property has been sought to be sold and Orders have also been passed in this regard.

Hence, according to him, he is also having a share in the property. Hence, seeks leave to file the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this petition is Ordered.
