ORDER
The petitioner herein who had come to the adverse notice of the police been included in the register of history sheeter. Now, it is stated that that the cases against the petitioner ended in acquittal and therefore, his name from the register to be deleted.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions states that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration. Appropriate order will be passed by following PSO 746 to 748 in due course.
3. Recording his undertaking, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent herein to pass appropriate order on the representation given by the petitioner herein on 22.03.2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs.
