Contempt Petition No.935 of 2019 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the aforesaid order of this Court has been complied with and produced a copy of the Government Order in G.O.(Rt) No.946, Finance (Pension) Department, dated 03.10.2019, to that effect.

3.In view of the above, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
