Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the Divisional office premises of the petitioner at No.14, L.R.J.Complex, I Floor, Naduvar Koil East Street, Nagapattinam-611 001, thereby protecting the property and person of the general public and the staff and property of the company and further to ensure smooth ingress and egress of the staff of the company during the working hours of the company and thereby protect the life of the staff of the company. This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to provide police protection to the Divisional office of the petitioner at No.14, L.R.J.Complex, I Floor, Naduvar Koil East Street, Nagapattinam-611 001, thereby, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

protecting the property and person of the general public and the staff and property of the company and further to ensure smooth ingress and egress of the staff of the company during the working hours of the company and thereby, protect the life of the staff of the company.

2. The respondent police is directed to provide sufficient bandhobasth in and around the office of the petitioner to ensure that there is no outbreak of violence during the proposed agitation by the local farmers. The police shall ensure that there is free ingress and egress of the staffs, customers and their vehicles in and around the office of the petitioner.
