No.SRED/CATG/504271: 4259 dated 25.03.2013 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to re-instate the petitioner with continuity of his services and all back wages and attendant benefits. The relief sought for in this writ petition is to reinstate the petitioner in service.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted an order passed by the General Manager (Personnel) in proceeding dated 17th August 2015, stating that the petitioner has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

reinstated. The joining report of the writ petitioner has also been enclosed. As per the joining report, the writ petitioner has joined in service on 17.08.2015. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.

3. However, it is made clear that if any grievances exist for the writ petitioner, it is left open to him to adjudicate the matter in the manner known to law.
