ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed, praying to punish the respondents for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.32561 of 2018, dated 02.01.2019.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents that against the direction passed by this Court, a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.2213 of 2019 has been filed, wherein, the Division Bench of this Court vide its order dated 15.07.2019, granted an order of interim stay.
3. In view of the same, this contempt petition need not be kept pending at present and hence, the same is closed. No costs.
