Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditions 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6646 of 2021 dated 29.04.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.P.SURYA PRAKASAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

2. This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

3. Time granted by this Court in the Order passed in Crl.OP.No.6646 of 2021 dated 29.04.2021 is further extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for furnishing the sureties. 4. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
