This petition has been filed to modify the condition to report before the Inspector of Police, Arakonnam Taluk Police station instead of the Inspector of Police, Chengalpet Town Police Station imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6360 of 2023 in Crime No.108 of 2023 dated 28.03.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks to modify of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition for modification, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

5. Accordingly, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6360 of 2023 dated 28.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.am until further orders.

6. With the above modification, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
