This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with two sureties, out of which, one surety shall be father or mother of the petitioner, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-VI, Coimbatore imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9129 of 2023 on 26.04.2023. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9129 of 2023 on 26.04.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) instead of executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-. Except the above said modification, all other conditions imposed by this Court on 26.04.2023, remains unaltered.
