ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 28-01-2015. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not made his appearance.

It is averred in the complaint dated 28-01-2015, that the persons mentioned therein have committed the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 420, 448, 468, 471, 506 (i),IPC. But the respondent has not registered the same. Under the said circumstances, the present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought therein.

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the petition and also considering the nature of allegations made in the complaint dated 28-01-2015, the following direction can be given to the respondent:

"In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
