Respondent (Crime No.33/2015) PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Court in Villupuram in Crl.M.P. No.730 of 2015 dated 02.02.2015.

O R D E R

Petition for modification of the bail order of the learned Principal Sessions Court in Villupuram passed in Crl.M.P.No.730 of 2015 on 02.02.2015.

2.In the order stated supra, learned Principal Sessions Judge granted Anticipatory Bail and imposed several conditions. One of the conditions is that each should deposit a cash security of Rs.7,000/-.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioners pointed out that only fencing stones were alleged to have been thrown, however, the defacto complainant inflated the damage to Rs.50,000/- and there is no basis for the statement also.

4.One thing is clear. Some damage has been caused. But extent of damage is not clear. In the aforesaid circumstances, amount directed to be deposited appears to be on the higher side. 5.In the aforesaid circumstances, (i)instead of Rs.7,000/- each, each will deposit Rs.1,000/- to the credit of Crime No.33 of 2015 before the Principal Sessions Court in Villupuram, within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(ii)They shall surrender and execute the bail bond as per the direction of the Principal Sessions Court in Villupuram. (iii)The said Rs.1,000/- each shall be deposited either before or at the time of executing the bail bond. (iv)Petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday for two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

5. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
