The prayer sought for in the present petition is to direct the respondent police to issue the Non-Traceable Certificate with respect to the Original Documents in Doc.Nos:621/2008 (SRO, Kangeyam), 2843/2008, 3958/2008 & 2844/2008 (SRO, Vellakovil) to the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Non-Traceable Certificate dated 20.12.2017 has been served on the petitioner herein.
