This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed as the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30am., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.584 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29113 of 2022 dated 19.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.584 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.29113 of 2022 dated 19.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report the respondent police on 15th working day of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
