Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to orders No.DO.1185/98 C.No.H2/42000/98 dated 25.11.98 passed by the Superintendent of Police Villupuram and C.No.D2/A P.19/05 dated 07.11.2005 passed by the Superintendent of Police, Villupuram and D.O.17/06 C.No.A1(3)/47724/04 dated 04.01.2006 passed by the Superintendent of Police, Villupuram, the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to extend the service benefits extended to other delinquents involved in the same case with all consequential benefits.
