C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent made a submission that the orders passed by this Court on 30.10.2018 in WP Nos.10368 and 10369 of 2018 have been complied with. In this regard, the learned counsel for the respondent today handed over three cheques to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the contempt petitioners, who in turn acknowledged the said three cheques and issued receipt to the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. This being the factum, no further adjudication is required in these contempt petitions. If any grievance exists, it is left open to the contempt petitioners to redress their grievances in the manner known to law. Accordingly, the contempt petitions stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
