Respondent Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.06.2018 and grant permission to the petitioner in order to conduct the cultural program which is scheduled to be held on 13.06.2018 in Sri Muthumariyamman Temple situated at Vinayagapuram, Aathiyur (Post), Tirupattur Taluk, Vellore District 635 602.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed without even giving a proper representation to the respondent seeking permission to conduct the cultural programme as a part of the festival to be held on 13.6.2018 in Sri Muthumariyamman Temple situated at Vinayagapuram, Aathiyur (Post), Tirupattur Taluk, Vellore District 635 602.

Although the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a representation has been sent on 1.6.2018, this Court is not able to find any justification on the part of the petitioner to come to this Court within three days time, without even knowing what happened to his representation.
