This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in crime No.64 of 2024 registered by the first respondent police for offences under Sections 420, 506(1) of IPC, as against the petitioner and others.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation in crime No.64 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Maduranthagam on 22.04.2025. 3.

In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
