This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint preferred by the Krishna Nivashini.

2. It is the contention of the petitioners that under the pretext of enquiry, the police is unnecessarily harassing the petitioners.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that it is only a family dispute between husband and wife and the parties are relegated to Civil Court.

4. In such view of the matter, the question of harassment will not arise. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
