Prayer in WP.No.601/2011:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of declaration declaring The Airport Authority of India (General Management Entry for Ground Handling Services) Regulations 2007 framed in terms of Section 42 of the Airport Authority of India Act 1994 as ultra vires unconstitutional

arbitrary and null and void and consequently forbearing the respondents from interfering with the right of the Petitioner to act as Ground Handling Service Agents of concerned Airline Operator being appointed in terms of Rule 92 of the Aircraft Rules 1937.

Prayer in WP.No.21835/2011:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records comprised in Proc.No. AAI/CB/R-5(A)/Bhadra/2011 on the file of the Airport Authority of India / second respondent dated 16.9.2011 and to quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents from interfering with the rights of the Petitioner to act as authorized agent for ground handling service at Coimbatore Airport at the option of Airliner as per the existing system practice and procedure which was recognized for long time.
