This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register the First Information Report based on the complaint dated 07.05.2018 given by the petitioner to the respondents and to file a final report.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.
